Every 12-week block changes focus every 2 weeks to keep things fresh, with purpose and progress.

SWEAT

Our high-intensity fitness program split into SPRINT and STAMINA days.
You’ll work solo or in pairs, pushing your limits with fast-paced workouts that burn calories and build mental toughness.

HYBRID GAME DAY

One epic session that mixes the best of LIFT and SWEAT.
Lift heavy, move fast, and run far — all in a fun team or partner format.
